I created the BiteSeeing Show in 2020 and launched it in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic with the help of my husband, Brandon Birch. With travel heavily restricted, it seemed fitting to find a fun way to give food lovers a way to travel with their taste buds in the safety and comfort of their own homes. The BiteSeeing Show allows viewers to taste the incredible flavours of foods from around the world, and learn the captivating story behind each dish.
The histories of these recipes will surprise and delight. They range from accidental to revolutionary. Blood will be spilled, borders will be crossed, techniques and ingredients will be borrowed. The dishes featured will range from dead simple to show stopping.
The recipes shared are based on the most authentic recipes we can find, modified to be easier for home cooks to execute.
